Information for Kindergarten Enrollment, Transfer Requests and Option Enrollment

Posted December 22, 2019 Student In-District Transfer Requests for the 2020-2021 School Year If you are a District resident who would like your K-6 child(ren) to attend an elementary school other than the school that serves your attendance area for next school year, you must submit a completed In-District Transfer (IDT) Request form to the Office of Student Services for review. Winter Reading Challenge 2019-2020

Posted December 17, 2019.  Students who complete the challenge will earn a hot chocolate party when we return to school in January 2020! Hard copies of the challenge will be sent home December 20. You can also Download the Winter Reading Challenge here!  


Paddock Performances

Geography Bee 2019

Posted December 5, 2019.  The Paddock Road Geography Bee was held in the Library on December 5, 2019. The results are as follows: 1st place: Grant R. 2nd place: Evlyn J. 3rd place: Alex C. 4th place: Lily H. Grant will take a state qualifying test in January to see if he qualifies for the Nebraska State Geo Bee!

Read-a-thon Raises $6700 for Paddock Road Community Club!

Posted November 21, 2019 Read-A-Thon results are in! We are going GAGA because we read 72,299 minutes and raised $6748.42! We earned the GAGA ball pit which will be built this spring. Read-a-thon Highlights

Posted November 6, 2019 Pandas have been busy reading and meeting their goals for the annual readathon fundraiser! Students earned a hat day and a pajama day. They duct taped Mrs. Mclean to the wall during lunch and gave Mr. Kock several pies in the face! Mr. Becker and Mrs. Mclean rapped to support reading over the morning announcements. Scatter Joy Acres

Posted October 31, 2019. Student Council presented Scatter Joy Acres to the school on October 24. Scatter Joy Acres is a rescue that provides a home to abused or neglected animals of all times. At the ranch, the animals serve as an integral part of providing therapeutic interaction for developmentally disabled and autistic children, seniors, veterans, and at-risk children. Scatter Joy Acres brought some of their animals for the afternoon and run a petting zoo.


Spelling Bee Winners

Posted October 31, 2019 On Friday, October 25th, students participated in the Paddock Road Spelling Bee.  All students in grades 4-6 took a written test prior to this event to determine who would compete.
